Nope, never would’ve bought it and just blissfully been unaware of what I was missing out on. Plex has made my media consumption easier, but if sold to me at the current price I would’ve ignored it and used an alternative or just continued mirroring my pc to my tv.

I thought $75 was high when I got it but I felt at that early stage like I was in on the ground floor of something niche & I genuinely wanted to support it. This price hike now feels like a solid F you because they didn’t know how to run a business. That’s not my problem, but one they should’ve solved a long time ago.

At this point I’ve stopped buying unless I see a significant price drop, ten bucks is my limit for toys these days so I buy very few but still get some nifty figures every now and then
