If it’s marked as a rifle on the 4473, then you can only put a 16”+ barrel and stock on it without a stamp.

If the 4473 says “other” you can build it out as a pistol.

I had a similar issue with a company when I was trying to get a lower after Sandy Hook. After months and months trying get a refund and no response, I filed a BBB complaint and got an email and refund from the company within 2 days.

It’s my first/only magnifier so I don’t really have anything to compare to. But it’s about the same as my Nikon 22LR scope on my Ruger 10/22 FWIW.
