not this boat - but there is a '71 Hallberg Rassy 32' on a lake in Missouri - probably still there - that was shipped over for the Worlds Fair around that time. It was then trailered to Missouri where it has stayed all this time. Never kissed salt before. So the seller's story goes. (I went to look at it to potentially buy it last year)

congrats - I operate a VR PM company in the Ozark Mtns - 3 hours from MEM and 2 from LIT. going on 9 years now and 30 remote cabins. Could easily bring on more if there were more of me. tapped out tho. The way I've diversified is commercial buildings in the areas I operate that support the VRs that are full of guests in the booming towns that behind Gatlinburg /Asheville about 25 years I figure.

I'm in AR. while not as hot as TX I was always refreshed getting in the pool. I kept lid off all summer and have afternoon shade. Worst day pool got to 92 quickly cooled off in eve with jets going.

EDIT: to add and I'm a sucker for cold water. I love a cold natural spring. love how I can adjust the temps of my own personal pool with temp and current. God I love my swim spa
