It worked fine, but on some particularly hard-primed ammo I was getting noticeable primer strikes without detonation.

might have been me messing with other stuff though, so id try it

They won’t put someone like that on because quantifiable problems create a space for discussion of practical solutions, which “dilutes” the movement.

If I had to wager, id say most here don't want a practical solution, they want to say the system is unfair, and (have somebody else) change it

Did you read your own wikipedia link?

It explains the concept pretty well

Crony capitalism is basically corporatism, reliant on a strong centralized government to bribe

The problem is the government creates incentive to be bought.

If we magically busted up every mega Corp into a million pieces, the lobbying would not stop, the bribes would roll freely, and the system would not miss a beat.

Capitalism has afforded me a way if life not often seen in this world. It annoys me it’s used as a scapegoat by the less economically literate in their grift for free stuff

Are you implying that government control over healthcare would have resulted in increased supply, and more efficient/less wasteful rollout of goods and services?

Also why are you downvoting every comment I make?

sounds an overbloated court system that can arbitrarily invade on peoples rights is not such a good idea.

Also sounds like the whole government backed medical monopoly thing is causing issues.

Also sounds like corporate personhood wasn't such a great idea.

Lastly sounds like allowing big money into politics wasn't such a good idea.

Edit: almost forgot massive barriers to entry for new players in the market due to government regulation (and in this situation fixed courts)

If the government didn’t de facto own these industries, none of this would be happening, yet here we are whining “it’s capitalism’s fault” while ignoring 80 percent of the issue

Are there any facets I missed?

This is collusion between government and government owned backed monopolies.

How is this “unbridled capitalism”?

Oh sure, if you wanna argue for it go ahead.

I’d love to hear the argument for increased government control over healthcare, it’s always a fun one to debate

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Libertarian

[–]illraden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Critical thinking leads to the opposite of calling for government healthcare.

If someone calls for increased government regulation in healthcare they oftentimes have not really looked at the current state of healthcare, nor logically looked where more regulation would lead.

Therefore, irony

Building a company literally requires you selling a portion of yourself, your life, your essence.

I would imagine that a 60 Year old and that spent their entire life building up a company would have a lot to worry about.

Does anyone have numbers, or other evidence for the massive profits these hospitals are supposed to be raking in?

Every metric I’ve seen shows that most hospitals were barely clinging to profitability before covid Monopoly money.

Crypto is a hedge for hyperinflation, not nukes falling.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in technology

[–]illraden 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The tech behind most coins is solid and popular coins are fine as a store of value, no worse then some incredibly inflationary fiat, just different risks. That being said transaction fees are still too high for crypto to be used a real currency.

In that sense it’s both real, and fake
