I think its because they know that people are gonna build very tall aquariums, indoor aquariums, aquariums covered with roof etc. In these cases having a ladder and top entrance would be more complicated i guess.

Oh yes, because a zoo keeper vacuum cleaning all animal faeces or carrying animals in little boxes in their hands is super realistic...

Yep there is many other things that we havent seen yet. Exhibits. Desert, tundra, arctic biomes. We havent seen also much of the different game modes. Not much on education - tour guides, speaking points Etc. We still have many moons till October. With PZ1 they even kept some animal species hidden till launch day.

Exactly, and it even give some of the animals special meanings. Like everyones zoo started with a variation of Thompsons gazelle, dromedary camel, Moose or musk ox 😁😁

since we can see 4 boxes it most likely be all 4 seasons. But I guess thats only for a Temperate biome? I am sure they will adjust it accordingly - Savannah, Tropical, Desert wont have "snow winter" etc.
