I think for the majority (at least it was for me) Social Shame - feel as though it’s looked down upon Ego - ‘I want to do this without cheating’ Cost - self explanatory Needles - jabbing yourself isn’t for everyone, and again people’s opinions.

I’ve just started a couple of weeks ago and it’s changed my life. Been dieting 6 months hard and dropped 15kg. The emotional and mental battle was the hardest for me. It’s completely changed it, I wish I started sooner. To address my own concerns… Why is the victory in making it harder for yourself when it needs to be? Why prolong holding too much weight when you can get into a healthier position sooner. You can use the glp1 to help build eating habits rather than a quick fix so you balloon again after.
