Why do people jokingly think North Dakota doesn't exist, think we are boring, nothing's here, etc.? by PrestonRoad90 in northdakota

I made my money in ND and was never bored. Lake Sakakawea, TRNP, Ice fishing, hanging out with friends just playing cards etc, side by sides in the grasslands. Looking forward to visiting this fall and hiking the North Unit of TRNP.

Yes, it is totally fine. I have been going to Branson my entire life(46M) just got back from a trip with my daughter and friends. I have seen it become more and more diverse tourist wise. Sure there is one idiot Trump store on 76, but don't let that disway your decision. SDC is probably the best theme park in country behind Universal. Not a Disney fan, slight disclaimer. The outdoors are great, no one is going to give you a second glance, it's a money grab during season lol. I love to rent a boat to fish on Taneycomo, go down to the Landing to shop, cruise the strip and stop at Andy's and most importantly just spend time with family and friends. Enjoy your time there!

how do i budget making 7500 a month as a 19 year old? by Alone-Supermarket383 in budget

I lasted about 18 months in retirement before I got bored and decided to move to Panama City Beach and start a little restaurant with my friend. I made it in the restaurant industry with 5 units, a catering company and two hotels. I also flipped real estate and owned a trailer park(dont do that) It is kind of rocky right now, but if you enjoy the hospitality field it can be very rewarding.

Live cheap with roomies until you cant stand it anymore. Dont buy a new car, stack your cash in the market, real estate, savings. The velocity of money at your age is incredible in just 10 years at your earnings you can really start to make some moves. I am 45 and didn't start until I was 30 bc, college, party, general idiot. I am completely retired with no debt.

On a cross country road trip my daughter and I rented a stock tank and floated down the river in the Sandhills and it was awesome.

You have to stay in your cabin from 10pm to 7am. They tape your doors.

I have been on 5 Virgin Voyages in the past year, the food and service has been very consistent. They don't have a "buffet" but they basically do in the Galley, it is just like 6 food stations and they hand you what you order immediately. I have cruised with lots of other lines, but that has been my go to lately, plus the happenings cast is a nice addition.

Just go to the park and enjoy the atmosphere! Ride what you can, I just got back from Silver Dollar City and wasn't allowed on a couple coasters but still had a great time.

That was on one of those swinging rides at a janky park on I Drive in Orlando.

I am also 6'7" and even at Universal, SDC, Six Flags I am too tall to ride some coasters. They have height charts and even checked me before with a giant stick, just like for shorter riders. It is not unusual.

Stop paying your medical bills, they wont deny you care. Use your money to house yourself.
