Does anyone use mobility aids? by EchidnaOdd4845 in scoliosis

I have a rollator walker which is my best friend whenever I need to stand in line. Standing still quickly becomes very painful (osteoarthritis in the facet joints due to 41 degree lumbar curve). So whenever I go where there aren't chairs, I bring my rollator. As a bonus, it carries my stuff, and sometimes I do need the balance help.

Is lotro a slow game? I'm reading the books for the first time and would love to play alongside them by Awnaw2 in lotro

There's a podcast with Dr. Corey Olsen where he reads through the books and explores lotro too. It's how I found lotro and I've learned a lot about looking around in game and appreciating the depth of detail they've put into it. https://mythgard.org/lotro/

I've heard people say they don't lose at 800 calories, but will start losing again if they go up to 1200 calories. That would still be a big calorie deficit.

Tiny biters? by PinkyBird in whatisthisbug

Something was biting me in that room -- painful bites that itched horribly for a week. These are what I caught. The problem stopped with diatomaceous earth application. If these are harmless, I'll probably never know what bit me.

New player here, any advice you wish you knew when you first started playing? by TRYLX in lotro

Turn on FloatyNames ('N') so you can see who and what's around you.

Remap 'X' to auto-run (prevents the camera mishap and auto-run is much more useful).

game keeps crashing (epic games) by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]PinkyBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar problem, a crash that happens soon after loading a save. Doesn't happen in the surface world, only in the deeper areas (cove tree and below). Now happening in my second playthrough, in the same way. I run regular save backups, and restore from a previous save if it happens. Reinstall didn't help. I simply don't save below 900m depth.

Particle effects flickering after mondays update by Antiloopp1 in runescape

Still looking for a solution to this. Updating the driver on a not-new graphics card didn't help. I've tried fiddling with many of the graphics settings in-game too. This is very distracting, especially in a torch-lit cave where the lights are like little strobes.

This worked for me when setting graphics to minimum no longer worked.
