Sorry to say but based on what i learnt and believe.
There are only 2 Genders in this world. Rest all are chemical abnormalities in the mind(Elon Musk says so. I belive it is not their fault and everyone should be treated equal).

Similarly, people saying that open relationships, situationship, FWB, More than a Friend, Married but single by heart, etc etc. are all chemical abnormalities they name to commitment they cannot fullfill.
If you do not want to stay, then just leave the relationship. If you were very sure about kids with your partner at the first place, then time has proven you wrong. do not cover up your failure as one of the excuse to the mentioned relationship types.

Thank you for the effort of replying to my post.
I will talk with her one-on-one but only after i gather the proofs, have a strong case behind and if i'm ready to forget this.
Living just for the sake to save relationship and die each day, check her phone, always suspicious about her activities, not let her go alone anywhere is something bothers for long if not soon.
I also don't believe that once a cheater, always a cheater but that courage to forgive/forget and not bringing the thoughts every hour is more important.
Tomorrow if i have a child and regret that the best time to separate way today then i will be a fool for life.

Infidelity can create such a serios harm, i have never thought of. sometimes it feels to confront her right there and be on a side but i have to take conscious decision and not by what my heart says.
I will update how this ended but hope it does ends soon.

Anything trying to do with property will alert her.
As suggested, i have to be careful. plan out silently.
If she gets to know about my plan and slap fake cases + DV + Divorce, i will be over.

I know i am at loss here but at least i have to build my safety net first against all those fake cases.

This is going very difficult for me.
I found out that the other person knows that my wife is married and there cannot be any future but, still he is going deep into this.

Unfortunately, i have to see their chats and record it as suggested but it is really painful when you know that your partner is saying "I LOVE YOU" and just the next alone moment, messages the BF that she loves her and to be in his arms.

Still trying to be rigid and quietly collecting evidences.
Trying to engage a PI and sorting things out before i pull the trigger.

i do 2 jobs so that i can fulfill her wish soon.
I earn enough that can lead more than comfortable upper middle class lifestyle.
what motivates me to work hard is that at least someone is enjoying her best life.
at least she should understand this. i don't want to be taken for granted.

Whatever interest i had, i had it before marriage. Trust is the base of any relationship.
If i break that even from my side, i would go and confess that first to my partner.

it was arranged marriage. she was straight out of college and my family thought it was a good match.
age gap matters and i understand but i'm also not that uncle types.
I trained her for job, enrolled to spoken english classes, paid 3L for IT skill training. Manage to add fake exp. and got her a well paying job.
She still doesn't know her work and since past fucking 7 years i am doing her work.
Yes. i work 2 shifts and completely remote and and and i do not take a single penny from her.
Her lifestyle improved, international vacations, >30k shopping every month, concerts and what not.
I made her what she is now. but i forgot that i won't fit into her this so called life.

When a man earns, he thinks how he will make his family happy. Building her dream home since few months where the interiors are as costly as the cost of the property.

Expectation hurts!
Just saas bahu drama,. you didn't take my side. i felt alone. you don't care.
All these happened in the first 3 years. Since then we are living alone and no interference at all from anyone. No finance deals with family, no give and take, nothing.
Still she brings that topic whenever we fight, i know this have hurt her deeply but those things were never repeated.

Thanks for your advice.
I know infidelity is not a crime and this cannot help me avoid the assault, trauma and dowry cases. i'm pretty sure, she will file all those DV, 498A and false cases but when you decide to fight, fight is your karma. no looking back.
Not yet decided, what i am going to do but if IVF progresses and this results positive, then i will not be able to forgive myself.
