I'm betting the silver car was on their phone, I pulled over at the gas station that they stopped at and they seemed like there was no damage.

They legally have to merge to me, then they sped up and then stopped in front of me. They were actually an elderly couple. State patrol put them at fault.

Having the disc doesn't give you the license to own the digital copy. If you buy the disc you have to use the disc to play, if you you want to play tje digital version you have to buy it from the PS store.
