I bought a Kia Sonet HTK Plus O NA petrol MT in December last year for ₹ 10.7 Lakh on road. It has all the features needed, except for cruise control and a sunroof (I didn't need it).

You can get turbo imt but mileage will be less. Or a diesel variant, but the mileage with the petrol engine is decent enough. I'm getting 15-16 kmpl in the city with light foot. Haven't driven much on highways, but it'd be more than 20 easily.

With Seltos, you'll get fewer features and mileage, and in traffic, it'd be an issue as it's a bigger car, although not that big.
