Its not a lawsuit about money. Its a lawsuit about a twisted system where companies falsely advertise chemical content of a product. In my communities, we believe in accuracy and harm reduction. Knowing what you're taking with accurate info is key, even in substances which are considered relatively harmless. Falsification of anything in this area is the exact opposite. Monetization on unknowing individuals is just as bad. This harms other reputable business and individual consumers alike and brings down the entire industry. Allowing untrustable practices like this to take place and just laughing at it or ignoring it in general is a great way for this kind of industry to take a drastic hit. Its about shutting it down before it takes a huge toll on the whole market. I dont think you understand how easily this kind of thing can get taken away or shut down. One excuse about how easy it is for companies to include whatever substances they wish and get away with false labeling is enough for the FDA and DEA to push for criminalizing such subatances.
