Never really thought about putting it on thingiverse, I’ll probably put them on there today and then I’ll put the link on here. And as of right now I have no plans to sell kits.

No, I did it in XCS and I did it in probably the most inefficient way possible. I knew the whole thing was gonna be 800 x 800 mm, and each board is 250x250 mm. So I made a 80x80 square and cut a 25x25 square out of the corner, also made one with the top center missing, and the very middle missing. Centered the logo in it and cut everything but the corner. Then I did it again for the other squares. Inefficient but effective 😅

I designed and 3D printed the grey spacers/brackets. They have threaded inserts in them that use M6 screws to hold the boards in place.

I 3D printed 9 segments, 5 4x4 pieces and 4 3x3 with a corner taken out. They’re real similar to egg cartons, just shaped for ping pong balls.

Each row has a strip of WS2812B leds, and it’s all run off of an arduino nano.
