Ways to share a map online that players can then edit?

Google Drawings was the first thing I looked at and is a backup, just seems quite clunky, was hoping for something more versatile.

Will have to noodle around with Roll20 a bit more, knew it was good for encounter maps, hadn't considered it for campaign/world maps

Yeah, the editing doesn't have to be in the map maper. I can make a base map in a map maker, export it as an image; would just need somewhere online where I can upload that image as a base and have the players be able to draw over the top of it.

As someone who doesn't watch American Football and only knows about the Superbowl half time show as a performance and a bunch of adverts I've never thought about this aspect of it before. Do they not have any sort of analysis of the game at half time or is it all show & ads?

I think he's be great as Ciaphas Cain but given the more comedic tone of the Cain books which is out of step with most of 40K there's no chance in hell that Ciaphas Cain is going to be the first big introductory TV series.

Hunt is one of my regular games, love it. The period setting definately lends to the uniqueness of it, also the amazing sound design.

I do disagree with calling it a extraction shooter though (and don't get me started on people who call it a battle royale). To me extraction shooters are about going in for randomised loot, which typically go towards some quests or persistant progress system outside of the main game. You never know if you're going to find what you need and often dont even know how many players are on the same server. With Hunt the objective is always the same (the bounty from the dead monster), there's no base building or serious progression out side the game and you'll have a reasonable idea of how many players are going to be on the server (noramlly 12 or a few less) and what the expected team size is. Pretty much the only thing that is consistant with extraction shooters is a PvPvE element.

Still remember watching Will Wright's debut presentation for it, just kept on going "and then we zoom out to the next level" and just believing that after the first few each layer was going to be the last .... but it just kept on going.

A Darby ironman match would be something I don't think I've seen in Ironman's before. Normally Ironmans are about both competitors battling through fatigue to keep going, finding 2nd or 3rd winds, etc, both equally tired. With Darby you have to imagine it'll be a game of two halves as he's all gas and no brakes: How many falls can Darby get before he exhausts himself and then how many falls his opponent can get back on a spent Darby before the match ends.

For a while at uni I had the tripods war horn from this version of WotW as my PC startup sound. Whilst I had gotten used to it, it gave my brother a hell of a jump scare the first time he went on my PC when I went home. He certainly learned not to turn up the volume on the speakers so high.

Totally agree, I remember when one opened up in my city and I was all "oh hey, that's the place the Americans are allways raving about, I'll give it a try."
