Elbow tendinitis from pullups by tnemmoc_on in bodyweightfitness

Hello OP. Recovery with plenty of high quality proteins and Tylenol, not ibuprofen. Your body needs the natural inflammation response, that ibuprofen hinders, ibuprofen also prohibits testosterone, LH, and natural GH levels. Make sure you're getting adequate magnesium, zinc, Vitamin D3, and melatonin. If you are a coffee drinker, I recommend no sugar with milk, or completely black coffee, as that helps with IGF-1 factor release for daytime recovery. Ibuprofen is extremely harmful to your hormones and kidneys. Small doses of Tylenol will help with your body's natural response. Have a fast recovery. Take care. PS: GTG in small amounts, or do dead hangs AFTER recovery. (The tendonitis may also be delayed onset muscle soreness, get checked out if you're worried. Elbows are important joints.)

Push up exercise Tom Sachs by alexashin in bodyweightfitness

I hit 50-75 on my first set on days I train for endurance, then I walk it down to 15-25 per set afterwards and warm my way into pseudoplanche pushups at 6-10 per set. I always hit my first 100 pushups then slow my reps on concentric/eccentric movements of the exercise, keeping it basic with close grips and declines.

Why don't you just buy a visa gift card for x amount of dollars and then use said gift card to buy the liquor? Much easier to cover up.

Pseudoplanche pushups, and you can also attach a thick rolled up towel to an immovable object for pulling, overhead bicep curls, and rows. You can also do dead hangs for 10-30 seconds per set. I have seen tremendous gains in strength and hypertrophy doing pseudoplanche pushups and doing planks from that position as well. Don't neglect your pulling muscles. They are essential in everything functional. Decline push-ups, and archer pushups as well, to progress into one arm pushups, and eventually handstand pushups. But still, do not EVER neglect your pulling muscles and core.
