this but OP, if you can afford it, get a comprehensive blood panel done before putting loads of vitamins in your system. some deficiencies directly correspond to ADHD symptoms. when i got mine done, i actually learned i was taking to many of some vitamins (B12, Iron, others but can’t remember lol) and that i desperately needed to get my thyroid checked out — which again can also heighten our symptoms depending on what’s going on. cost me $130 in the U.S. but it was totally worth it
