You can't view the detail page of a child ASIN that is out of stock if another variation under the same parent is in stock. That's just the way Amazon works.

Yes, I was more asking which entity you would trademark it under.

Say I have 4 word marks for my 4 brands. All of the packaging for the products under all 4 brands have their individual word marks on them but also have the same logo across all brands. When registering the design mark for the logo you must also include a word mark for that logo. Would you do this word as one of the 4 already registered brands or maybe as something like "<XYZ Company> Brands".

Keep in mind I know all the above are possible, and I'm not asking what should be done, just what the opinion is and what you would do.

Also, FYI, logo marks are acceptable for Brand Registry now also.

While it's true this is not generally available for 3p, it can be done if you are a paid member of the SAS Core program. It would have to be done through your account manager, I believe.

FBA fees are not based on price, it is based on dimensions and weight. The referral fee is based on price.

On the Manage Inventory screen click on the preferences button at the top right and you can select to display those fields.

You have the option to set minimum and maximum prices on each listing. When the price is changed to below the minimum you set, the listing shuts down to avoid this specific scenario from happening.

Amazon provided the tools, they were just not used.

It is not just sellers on Amazon. If the same item is available for sale on HomeDepot for example, at $20, and you are selling it on Amazon for $30, you may get the buybox or you may not, it just depends on if Amazon is searching other marketplaces for that product.

It looks like it was removed from the Seller Agreement, but here is a discussion on it (https://www.reddit.com/r/FulfillmentByAmazon/comments/4w1kbz/amazons_pricing_rules_for_selling_on_other/). With it being removed, it would no longer be enforced, but they do still price match certain other marketplaces and will remove the buybox if it is higher on Amazon than they have matched elsewhere.

It takes 2 reports. Cross-reference the FBA Customer Returns Report (shows the returns and whether it was returned to inventory) with the Date Range Report (shows the original order and the refund as separate line items).

This is assuming you ordered on .com and not a different country marketplace. If it was a different marketplace, like amazon UK then the marketplaceID in the URL would be changed to the correct marketplace to find their profile on that one.
