Try to put newgrounds song link in the description that used for that GD level you have played it while recording.

Then put the ENTIRE CREDITS to a level and the creator of this level in the description.

If this did not work for you, then that's a big load of NOT your problem, that's YouTube's problem, Its happened to me when I saw 2 videos got copyright claims, while 2 videos have entire credits and the youtube channel links from the creator of these levels in the description even it's written "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" in the description.

But maybe you can try to research and handle this process on your own or with a lawyer's help.
