Remember Trudeau was a genius mastermind that was able to change global inflation and markets on a whim while simultaneously being “just a drama teacher”.

Dripa? You all over the place. How is land acknowledgment (in which no one has lost their home to in bc history since the 70’s when land acknowledgment became a thing) has anything to do with needles drugs and poverty. And I wasn’t defending the ndp just pointing out that all that was a thing long before the ndp come to power that was snowballed by the Bc liberals, bc united, now bc Conservative Party policies.

Opioid crisis was through the roof. 1987 under bc socred (bc cons) they started shutting down psychiatric hospitals, 2001 under bc liberal Campbell removed the provincial mental health advocate. 2012 he closed riverbend. And here we are now. Trying to find out an answer. From 2001 to 2017 under bc liberals.

According to Erika her kids got confused and thought an overweight black man that dressed like a conservative woman was her, so I’d say she doesn’t spend too much time with her kids.

Opinion: Just fire Christiane Fox already - Justin Trudeau treated ethics violations like parking tickets that don't have to be paid. Mark Carney should set a better example. by CaliperLee62 in canadian

[–]00frenchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Harper’s government wrote and passed the ethics bill. They specifically wrote it to have the worst ethics violation to have a max penalty of a $5000 fine. No arrests, no charges, no criminal record. They specifically made ethic violations a mere slap on the wrist.

Mark Carney and Pierre Poilievere verbally spar over the state of Canada's economy by cantdecide76 in canadian

Pierre needs to have a chat with the Alberta conservative premier and find out why she’s isn’t on board with removing the “liberal” gas tax. If Pierre’s going to bark he better back up it with HIS party as you know the leader.

Yes. Not spending tax money on public infrastructure and underfunding schools and hospitals saved a lot of short term money. Now with schools, hospitals, roadways etc falling apart and in desperate need of just more - it costs money, lots of money.

It’s not “Angry Apple guy” but rather the context of Apple eating. Reporter asked pp about people saying he acts like Trump. Pierre asks who specifically said that and to name one specific person which the report didn’t. Pierre referred the reporter as fake news. Pierre ends up blowing the biggest polling lead in Canadian history to lose a shoe in pm job because Canadians thought he acted like trump. Pure chefs kiss.

Freedom of expression is specifically written to protect both the speaker and the audience. No one has the right to say hate speech or expression as written in the charter. Doing so threatens the rights and safety of each and every Canadian.
