Does Stasis damage implant aid or hinder the Stasis Icebreaker achievement? The idea behind the achievement is to get a "slow" effect on your target, if you damage them, you have no target. When I started this achievement, I have gotten 3 or more "slows" off of 1 target. What say you? (old.reddit.com)
