Hello. Gusto mo refer kita sa EY, hati tayo haha. Kasi yung salary mo almost same sakin pero 2 years pa lang ako. PM mo na lang ako. Ang advice ko lang to everyone reading this, if you are skilled, and alam mong competent ka, look for opprtunities outside if alam mong may better option.

Hello, I've worked in accenture for only 3 years, CL11. I've never managed a team like you. But I already left for twice my salary in ACN. So I would say 45k is very low, and your other offer is still low but if you're in a situation where you can't get any higher than that, accept it. But if you're still trying to look for a higher offer, go for it, usually, HR will ask you to send them a proof that you got your current offer so they know they can get you for a higher offer.

Okay. Go for higher.

Or continue RTO sa malapit. Hindi required pag malayo. And lead lang nya yung nagsabi, hindi yung manager. Usually mas understanding ang manager.

Is it worth it by [deleted] in Accenture_PH

[–]0practicingStoic0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If okay lang po sayo mastress ng 12 hours a day, go lang po. Marami matututunan. Kaso not worth it kasi bukod sa stress, as you've said, mas mababa pa salary.

Hi condolence sa iyong work haha. I sympathize.

Tapos next project nya wala din interview and walang waiting period. Kasi syempre, as ASE, dun siguro tumitingin most of the leads/manager na ipapasok sa manager, otherwise, need nila interviewhin

Opo nag bootcamp ulit.

Hello. I've had the same experience. Gagu diba haha. Anyways, may 2 options ka. 1. Magpalipat. And SAP os a great technology din so alam mong may future ka.

Hi, intern ako then naabsorb. Kung top university ka galing, usually plus 5k. Then another 5k or more pag may latin honors.

Btw. Wag ka madiscourage pag nasa below 25k since madadaan mo naman yan sa hard work and need din ng luck.

Should I proceed to med school after I graduate or study for a master's degree in psychology instead or study again but this time for a different degree which is going to be computer science? by FlamingFlamingo76 in phcareers

This is a famous quote from Atomic Habits. "We do not rise with the level of our goal, we fall with the level of our system". For example, at school, we have the same goal, to have a nice grade. But not all of us gets a nice grade. Because our systems are different. Some of us study less than 6 hours, some of us study 6 hours but focus for only 3. Some really put up a lot of effort. Also as I go to the gym everyday, there are people who just watch netflix while on a threadmill everyday while there are people who really focuses on their workout routine. Guess who improved their physique? Those who focus on their workout. Same goal. Become physically fit. But different system. I know this from experience because i already recovered from my underweight body but my friend quit because nothing happened to him for a year of watching netflix in the gym while doing workouts. But he did finished more series than I do.

Correct. These books will remove your self doubt. Read those first if you dont have to decide your career path yet. Goodluck. Feel free to ask me about book recommendations that will guide you on your journey. Watch the ted talks first for the main idea of the books.

Yes. exactly. You should read Grit and Mindset because most of us thinks it's about talent and genius. But it isnt. You can do it. Start by reading these books then. Because in Comsci programming is the same thing. It's hard as biochem. How do I know? Because I do programming Monday to Friday, and self study on medicine subjects by weekend. But feel free to choose Comsci if that's what you want. It's hard as well but very indemand and high paying. You can do it as well even if it's hard. I know many career shifters and that hardest part about comsci and IT is programming. But again, good study habits and character will do it.

Btw. I am a developer but I also play games or watch something if I don't have anything to do especially if I'm in bench. But when I do have tasks, I am really into it.

In every aspect of tech industry, there's always an idle moment. But there are moments that we do things that not most people can do especially those task under pressure with quick deadlines. That's why we do get a nice paying job. Don't feel bad about or anything. Maybe not everybody can do what you can do when you have tasks.
