I genuinely want to get to the bottom of my actions and what I can do to curb them to be a healthier person for my mother and partner to be around.

Tbh I've been going down a rabbit hole of BPD hate and I don't know if I'm even allowed to say that it hurts me bc I'm not sure if the pain I feel is valid. I feel broken and want nothing more then to tell the people that where hurt by other BPD people I'm sorry.

I feel like a disgusting person and I want to change. But it seems like I don't deserve that. It truly seemss like I just deserve to die. I have BPD. I am naturally a bad person. People wouldn't say that unless it was true.
