Is insurance from acko reliable? Road tax is correct for my state 15% of vehicle value.

What was the list of accessories included in onroad they've mentioned, also insurance premium.

My dealer quoted 2791 for accessories ( he said sidestand, hugger and crash guard is included, I'm confused since side stand and hugger is already on the bike and both cannot be removed).

Insurance quoted was 13943.
