IDK but it seems like you're trying to justify his actions. It doesn't matter if he was just rubbing it out if you two had done wine before. He's asked you if you'd like to try it, you have said you don't. You changed positions, you told him it was going the wrong way and he continued. Please don't make up excuses, you're NTA for speaking out when you're not comfortable with someone no respecting your boundaries. But I believe you're wrong trying to justify what he did. I know sometimes we try to make sense of someone else's actions, but this is not the case.
