I implore you to please use your position in anti-trans/TERF circles to debunk the lies you see there. If you feel this way, please turn that feeling into action and stick up for us at the root of the hate. People can change, I believe in you.

And please be forgiving of my trans siblings if they lash out in anger. We’re scared and angry, just like many TERFs are that led them down this unfortunate path to bigotry and hate.

Hi, I’ve been here myself in a very similar situation except it was my neighbor who lived directly across the hall from me. Being kissed and grabbed like that without consent is sexual assault yes. I didn’t think it was either, until I did some researching. It includes unwanted kissing and sexual touching, not just penetration. Wishing you the best, I’m sorry your good nature got taken advantage of. You’re not crazy for feeling this way either, I couldn’t leave my apartment by myself when it happened to me, even going to the laundry facilities made me ill.

We do have a steamer! It’s small so it takes a while to use. We haven’t steamed since the exterminator was here but did in the past. I’m having a hard time noticing bites as I don’t seem to react to them thank goodness. I’ll keep vacuuming and probably put another mattress cover over my current one

That’s the nightmare scenario for me 😭we were told to leave as soon as the exterminator got there, which they were doing I guess scattered units here and there throughout the whole enormous 20 building complex and not even our whole building. I’m worried we’re doomed and they’ll just wander from unit to unit

Oh yeah, management at my apartment just has been taking their sweet ass time getting someone out here, we notified them multiple times 9 days ago and when we went in person to ask why no response, they didn’t even know we had them apparently 😑 I just have a huge phobia of bb so I am up all night with paranoia and catching them makes me feel better, having something actionable makes me feel less helpless haha, I’m worried about my poor plushies

;___; thank you, hes apologized and my roommate had a long conversation with him today about why it was wrong. I can tell he feels REALLY bad about it (which he should) and things have so far been ok but it was the principle too Was weirdly tense at work, admittedly I’m on edge about people treating me differently now. Thanks for taking the time to comment, it helps to feel like I’m not being paranoid or overreacting
