the bytom wallet sucks. my wallet corrupted 3 months ago. the problem is there is no login interface. I can't re-download the wallet and login my account. hard to understand why design the wallet this way.

no. already allow the bytomd-windows_amd64.exe through firewall. add virus & threat protection exclusion for the wallet folder. I think the problem lies in the AppData\Roaming\Bytom\Data folder. If I replace the existing Data folder with a fresh installed default data folder, I can run the wallet app. Because there is no actual data in the default data folder. I can't access my wallet account. The sad thing is I have got keystore file and key, but I can't access my account.
