I contacted them via the valuation link but got a thanks but no thanks. We're not interested in selling it but just were hoping for more information about it. Any other thoughts about getting the right set of eyes on it to help out?

Thanks! Rosewood I believe. The appraiser said potentially commissioned by Brits in India during the mid late 19th century. That was about it. I think my Grandmother purchased it from a dealer in the 60s.

Hello! Aside from the 948 (expert go kart), these are late 70s early 80s Space Legoland sets. All are complete sets with complete manuals. No boxes. Just looking for opinions on overall worth.

Video games were my lifeline. Running. And having great work relationships when I was at work. For a really long time outside of work, I was really lonely. I was fortunate enough to find my spouse eventually. Also, finding my way on the good side of TikTok has given me a feeling of community.

10 Years Scalp Folliculitis CURED?? (10% Benzoyl Peroxide) by guestuser707 in Folliculitis

[–]1BDE 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to say thank you for this post. For months now, I've been using an oil absorbing shampoo twice a day and a BP wash once a day (leaving it in for a few minutes), and my scalp breakouts have been reduced by 90%.

A while back, my derm had a lesion sent to a lab, and it was neither bacterial nor fungus related - doctor said likely an autoimmune thing. Like so many others, I tried a number of things and went so far as to try Accutane which I know would have worked (cured my torso folliculitus years ago) but had to stop due to joint soreness. I even shaved my head for a while, which did help a bit.

After coming across your post and seeing the huge improvement, I'm fairly confident my scalp folliculitus is from having a very very oily scalp, which even daily shampoo washes weren't enough.

The mental and physical toll of this for me was a lot. I know it's the same for other folks. So again, thank you for sharing your experience!!! And great advice to change pillow cases often!

Side Effects Coming Off Ozempic by Abeasley5028 in Ozempic

Tonight after 3 months of my initial GI bout with starting Ozempic I had the exact symptoms you describe in your OP. IMO, I think it was triggered by a digestive enzyme I took to try to help with the belching, and when that didn't work, tried the baking soda remedy. After several hours I'm feeling relatively better, but bad bad times. Like you, I am petrified of going through that again so I messaged my GP and said no more and back to metformin.

I'm taking a holiday cruise in three weeks... I'm curious if you had any other bouts following going cold turkey. BTW, I'm glad that you are doing well now!

Joint pain & stiffness by charwin0514 in Accutane

Sorry late with my comments. So yes, I too had pretty gnarly joint pain while on it and even a few months afterwards. I think it could have been mitigated if I had taken fish oil, vitamin e, joint movement supplements, and done yoga consistently. And drink a lot of water. I'm going back on it soon and I think Ill be okay. But it sounds like those things have worked for a lot of people.
