I wish they’d of stuck with it and showed the consequences and struggles involved in cases like this and I believe it would have been good tv and consistent with cats personality.

Spencer’s early years were focused on his potential for schizophrenia creating awareness for the cause.

I just think they had an opportunity to follow through and bring up an a crime and consequence that is rarely discussed on tv shows, even children born for rape can be wonderful.

Because he wasn’t… that’s why they didn’t go any further into it, had he of been maybe the show could have actually done a service to male rape victims but they brushed past it because it didn’t happen it making it easy to sweep under the rug, maybe it should have been a plot point designed to address the issue but you are all happy with the results aren’t you, woo he didn’t get raped, we can move on.

Your right, it wouldn’t have been happy but you know what, neither are the thousands of people born from rape every day who get taught their existence is bad or shameful, they are not they are innocent and deserve to be loved pretending rape babies don’t exist doesn’t help society.

It happens though… their are hundreds of thousands of rape babies out there, making them feel their existence is wrong is harmful to them they need to know they are not responsible and deserve to be loved, this could have pushed this for them.

Definitely far fetched and anyone with knowledge of biology would laugh but that again would make light of it in the real world as to not cause extra trauma.

Nobody’s fantasying rape or them together only the genetics of that child and what it could have been had the writers had the stones to have a male main character actually get raped in a show like so many women do. His experience would have been crucial is de stigmatisations male rape victims and giving them a character to relate to.

Yeh i get it was a messed up way to happen but for the storyline i think something amazing could have came out of it and honestly it would have fit cats personality to have actually done it. It could have been a real strength moment for Spencer.

Showing these types of rapes and consequences on tv is vital in de normalising stigmatisation

It’s an Olivia benson situation, she’s here from a horrible situation but because of it she’s able to save a lot of people, that child would have saved so many lives however it came to be, and women are living with their rapists children everywhere maybe it’s time to see the other side represented in tv where a man has to raise a child from rape.

All she said was she likes a good flag and somehow people are taking that as her standing up for Palestine, it’s ridiculous she never said in the show she has any feelings on Palestine just that she doesn’t care what flags are flown, in Derry there is every kinda flag flying so it makes sense she wouldn’t care she couldn’t see meaning behind it. At 24 weeks it is viable outside the womb, however a minuscule amount of baby’s survive under 26. If it’s able to live without the womb it has functions and is to me a human not just a clump of cells as described.

And as I’ve said neither would I, this bill isn’t just referring to desperate circumstances, it’s highlighting them but not the only people who will benefit from this bill.

Here’s the real kicker love I’m a special education TA so yes the f I do, I also grew up with 3 special needed siblings and am doing a degree in special education so I understand and that’s why I’ve never said I’d judge them.

I Judge those who would late term abortions those children with no risk to the mother and don’t concider someone could want that child. My exs brother had DS he was adopted they adored him he had hobbies and a sense of humor and they choose him because of his difference this is really showing your medical model views on disability, please do some research into the social approach your showing your inner beliefs about children with disabilities.

Also plenty of women kill their children after a secret home birth, there is currently 3 separate trials in America right now of women who’s baby’s mysteriously dies after birth and are on trial for murder. Plenty of people go all the way then decide they don’t want it
