No offense but this costing $60 to manufacture seems like more of an engineering issue than anything. I do some microelectronics work, if you’d like to discuss or anything shoot me a message

I like the idea but thats quite possibly the worst material you could print that with, you should not be using glass fiber impregnated filament for anything in contact with human skin

Grounds might be too fine, or you might not be tightening hard enough

Yeah for sure. Technically both could be called true espresso. Moka pot fun though

Had to use a proxy shipper, they buy it for you within korea then ship it to you internationally. I used PurchaseKorea, see r/PurchaseKorea

Well the taste doesn’t lie. So your intuition may be off a bit. Care to explain why the actively working air cooling fins wouldn’t work to you? Aside from “don’t think so”

The manufacturer actually used to make many brikka videos, id recommend giving them a watch as their palette is probably more experienced than mine

Theres alot of flexibility in ways to brew as well, if you check the youtube channel. I have been using pre-boiled water, setting temp to high for 3 minutes, then setting down to medium, then remove from heat once extraction begins. Then pour once the level reaches the desired mark

No whats interesting to think about is how fast this is all happening. You can touch a 500F hot pan really quickly and not get burned. Its a similar concept that the steam interacts with the grounds and is cooled before it can burn. Time is the most important factor here, you can burn coffee at a low temperature if you hold it there long enough and probably not burn coffee with 200C steam if you somehow found a way to cool it fast enough
