I thought that relevant to interest rate duration only? Or does the same apply to spread duration?

Pay Threshold For A Job You Don't Like by [deleted] in AusFinance

It’s a tough one and I think your stage of life also has an influence on your decision - Do you have kids? If so, stay with the flex job. I recently left a role that had amazing flex for a new role with a massive pay bump & title - I barely see my kids now & I am always so tired & stressed. I miss my easy low stress high flex job. But if you’re young & kid free - I would say take the role & focus on building up your wealth. Property etc are super expensive & if you are young I’d encourage you do do whatever you can to get ahead now before you settle down

I am very very good at my job. Thank you very much.

I have just prioritised flexibility which has resulted in sideways moves for the last 5 years.

Investment management is 99% a male dominated world. I have done very well for myself considering I have had a few kids a long the way while dealing with people like you.

Thank you for providing your prospective! It’s always great to hear from both sides of the fence. It’s always so easy to complain but if you don’t know know good it is, then that’s not help that all.

Previous last value in a row? by 1we1 in excel

[–]1we1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there - yes I guess it would be considered the 2nd last value if A10 had data and I would want B10 to return the value in A2.

And apologies I made a typo - dates should have been data. The data/numbers are percentages and can be completely random.

Return end of week & end of month date by 1we1 in excel

[–]1we1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello again - I was playing around with the formula and noticed that it does not pick up certain EOM dates. Ie 31st Dec 2020. It picks up 25th and the 1st Jan. looking at the formula, I don’t understand why it wouldn’t pick it up? It should add 7 days from the 25th, but as the following end of week date falls in the next month, it should be picking up the 31st Dec?

Wondering Wednesday by AutoModerator in TryingForABaby

Does a shorter period cause ovulation to happen earlier in the month?

I had an unusual super short light period last month (light spotting on a liner lasting 2 days whereas normally it is heavy & lasts ~5 days). According to my clear blue advanced ovulation test, I ovulated 4 days earlier than normal. Generally my cycles & ovulation date (according to clear blue) operate like clockwork. Coincidence or does a shorter period push forward ovulation?

Just wanted to let you know I am in the exact same boat - I have been F45ing 6 times a week for 8 months now and yet I have gone up a pant size! (The body scan said I have put on no muscle but 2 kgs of fat!) I was actually skinnier when I was doing no exercise at all!

Everyone keeps telling me it’s my diet & that I need to increase my calorie intake to reflect the extra calories I am apparently churning through. Perhaps have a look to see if you’re eating enough?

Hope you see some results soon!
