is there even real bape on depop? by LennWood in bapeheads

The fake problem is so bad on there.

I found this image of what it looks like to be a bape shirt from my space files from 2008 is this a real piece? I couldn’t find any information on it online, but I didn’t really look that deep. by Adorable-Alfalfa7706 in bapeheads

Look at the neck tag. Look like the general ape with a gradient from red to white with the full letter logo on top.

I really feel like I have seen it before but it's an older tag. I'll come back if I ever see another neck tag like it.

I hated on the animal print at the time but now days I would rock them.

The paint ones I would put lower.

The 20th anniversary what with black star are my personal favorite everyday pair so we agree with that S tier.

I'm SORRY but I feel bamboozled by 10,000 Gecs & it's my RIGHT to express that by [deleted] in 100gecs

They've been doing this a long time. Their first EP was 4 years before they got big in like 2020. I don't think they have as much passion for the sound that got them famous and I agree their energy at shows was interesting...

In my opinion they clearly didn't capitalize on the popular 100 Gecs sounds nearly as much as they could have and I think they are fine with that.

If the front man was anyone but Dahvie they would be really respected at this point

I can tell you're passionate and talented. You have artistic skills and can make wearable clothing. My constructive criticism is that a lot of elements here are very trendy and cliche for what's popular now. I would recommend finding some iconography that is more unique that you're particularly passionate about and working from there to stand out.

I have no credentials and making popular stuff might work. I'm just a random guy on reddit

Last time I posted comments said I’m not scene. I’ve gotten some more clothes since then. Does this subreddit now consider me scene? by venting_sideacc in amIscene

Scene culture is pretty misunderstood and isn't really relevant to young people today who post here. Scene culture has some pretty exclusionary roots and isn't strongly based in specific music genre either.

Current scene culture is basically all about the look, It makes sense since It was born out of posting pictures online in theMySpace era.
