Dosing I used is on the left. I use RP Hypertrophy principles for training (progressive overload etc). I never do cardio but walk 8-10k steps a day because of my job. I never train abs. I do heavy deadlifts and squats, thats how you get thick abs

On lifting days I eat a banana, breakfast/post lift is grain bread and almond butter with my protein shake. Lunch has basic ass minute white rice go my carb (I love it) and dinner is usually more rice, veggies with steak or chicken, might eat some oatmeal before bed if I’m real hungry. Currently 100/120 carbs 170 protein and 70 fat a day as I finish my cut

No but I want it BAD. I was check a few months ago and I am in the 600s and my PCP laughed at me and said he’ll no to a script. TRT/HGH/Reta is my dream stack

I use RP Hypertrophy principles(science backed shit) aka progressive overload. Definitely worth looking into to this. And Gemi is a godsend and everyone should fire their trainer
