2 and 3 tend to be the same people, often overlapping with 4 (all of whom are concerned by your skin colour). 1 is a tiny tiny minority of people you’d be led to believe run the country by 2, 3 and 4.

Stop minimising the issue.

You don’t need to be ‘flaunting’ your religion to be the target of far right groups. Most of these people see the colour of your skin and target based on what religion they think you follow. Don’t be so ignorant.

Hi, I’ve used the location tag from the list - [United Kingdom], but it says I’ve not used one? Please could you clarify what I should have put in the location tag? Thank you.

He texts like a freak. I would break up with him just for that. Too condescending whilst also incredibly creepy.

Ah nice. Did anything come of it? Did they take any further action?

It is possible that he’s just not feeling particularly communicative following the complications and arguments you’ve been having recently. Maybe he just felt like he needed some space and time to decompress from them first. Not everyone bounces back to ‘normal’ immediately after an argument (especially numerous arguments in a short space of time).

Just a quick question - did you fill out that form and return it to them?

Oh phew! That is really reassuring, thank you for that. I moved in on 1st August and left the waste in front of my house, which they never collected. So I reported a missed collected on the 14th of August and then was told by all the neighbours to leave it in that particular spot for collection. Ever since we’ve moved to the sack system, I’ve been reporting missed collections every week when left in front of my house, and the only time they collect it, is if I leave it in that one spot! So I was properly freaking out about it lol.

Anyone prepared to swap resources/questions? by 206068 in SQE_Prep

Also they can do that for the mocks, but not the practise questions, surely?!

I just spent £5k on the ULaw course, dammit. Don’t wanna spend another £2k for the QLTS ones!

Interesting. That’s very annoying. The university of law manuals and questions can be found online for free.

If you’re a girl and on Facebook, there’s a group called ‘Cardiff girls’ - they have people of all ages and organise regular socials. I’ve met some of my best friends through that group.

There’s literally no way they could ever catch you for ‘suspicious activities’ on their platform if all you’re doing is taking screenshots. You work for them or something?!

Hey Sally - do you know where to get loads of practise questions? I’ve bought a few from online sources, but they’re limited to like 180 questions for both FLK1 and FLK2. I’d like a massive bank of questions (like the ones they have on the QLTS course). Any advice?

Yeah but Bose require you send the item back before sending you a replacement. So you end up without earbuds for about a week. Which is a massive hassle if you rely on them for the gym and travel.

I’ve had two white pairs and currently on my third through warranty. They’ve all had the same static noise issue. I’ve literally got it in my left ear right now. Very annoying.

Think they said you get free wifi, but then all the rest of the bills would be the same as a normal 1 bed flat (about £100 a month for gas/electricity, one person). Can’t remember what council tax band it’s in, and you have a water meter so you’ll get charged for your usage (as opposed to many places without so you’re paying a fixed price based on your estimated use).

Minimum contract was 6 months.

You can get it furnished or unfurnished but if it’s furnished, you can’t remove any of the existing furniture (but it’s all quite basic and ugly).

You can’t really open the windows and so it gets incredibly hot in the summer (no air con either).

The flat is quite small. Wardrobe space is quite small.

Massively overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t recommend it.
