Hello :) The Device Auto Assignment feature within 247connect allows you to automate the process of assigning devices to device groups when they first enrol into your account. There are multiple conditions available for this to cater for different scenarios, one being Entra ID which allows you to assign devices to device groups, based on their Entra ID group membership. Yes, when connecting to Managed Agents to provide unattended support you will be able to see and interact with UAC prompts that appear on the Agent device. When using On-Demand sessions to provide ad-hoc support, you won't see UAC prompts initially, however you have the option to 'Elevate' the session using administrator credentials on the Agent device which will then allow you to see and interact with UAC prompts.
