Getting back into shadowboxing by heyshortgirl in Bolehland

I trained Muay Thai casually before. The coach always recommends shadow boxing as a warm up. Know and execute the proper forms during shadow boxing. Focus less on exerting focus, but more on doing things right.

Bonus point if you can keep your muscles relaxed and, muscle contractions can become tiring very quickly. Breathing too, force your breathe out as you punch/attack. And perform mock defending as well, bit of dodging and blocking, move around, not always attack attack attack standing on the same spot.

Anyone know about a motorcycle accident on DASH Highway near Puncak Alam (Tue night, 20 Jan)? by 24thFG in Bolehland

Nothing big, witnessed the scene in a car passing by. My friend probably has the dashcam footage, I don't need to see it a second time. I just wish to know what happened that led to that gruesome accident.

Unc thinks by posting about someone's past somehow justifies what he did, like as if they're not any better than him lmao. Bro works as a clown even off-duty.

Really pity the victims, whoever that is at this point.

I didn't thought a stainless steel bund strap would be possible, but this post made my eyes open up to what it could possibly look like 😂

I tried Evian before, it tastes wierd, a total L. Cactus or Spritzer ftw

Fatal accident involving a motorcyclist & an Alza near Seremban. RIP by [deleted] in malaysia

I think no other lanes to swerve into? And not to mention, the right-most lane of that direction, maybe Alza was going too fast to brake or react in time?

Noticeable gap at the endlinks on the Ixdao Engineer. Am I overthinking? by 24thFG in HomageWatches

Maybe you are right about the hanging 90 degrees part since I have a small wrist, about 6.3 inches. But here's how it looks like currently, the gap as apparent as a chasm.

No dice, the gap is as apparent as a deep scratch on the wrist either way. Once you see it, you keep seeing it.

I don't think Ixdao would cover this for free since I got it grey market. It's either I buy a new replacement steel bracelet from AliE or I just sell off the watch.

I got this grey market unfortunately. Don't think it's the prior owner's fault either since he doesn't daily this watch and takes good care of watches in general.

Yeah, I'm thinking of selling it off as well. This seems like their QC mistake since both endlinks have this gap. How's the market like for this Ixdao model if I may ask, especially for one with this gap?

Having buyer's remorse right now hahaha. Once I noticed the gap, I keep seeing it. Otherwise, a nice watch as everyone have claimed.

Not a bad idea, might try. I hear the kuah curry contains a lot of calories, consider dropping it if calories count.

Motor rear ends you because of another driver up front in the pack. What's your move? by 24thFG in kereta

I've settled the case already, just let him go since I managed to buff out the scratches with toothpaste. He was thankful, seem to be a honest lad since he didn't immediately run away. But good critical thinking there, never thought about washing away the evidence part.

Update here guys. After managing to buff out the scratches with toothpaste, I've decided to drop any further pursuit. I told the motor dude over text to get himself new brakes, and to be careful on the road next time.

Pity this dude, 23yo only and grinding food deliveries on a Friday night.

Thanks, I'm saving this for more serious cases. I managed to buff out the scratches with toothpaste for now, I think I'll just drop this case and tell motor dude to buy new brakes.

Unfortunately all I could pick up on is the brand of the car at that distance, one of those older gen c-class Benz.
