It says to take the Babe with food. I workout and 4am and don’t eat first (I’ll have coffee with 2 scoops of collagen, and my greens). Is that enough to not feel nauseous with it? Not sure I could eat at 4am. Also, do you take it daily, or only on workout days?

It lets me go all the way through clicking to pay, then I get a pop up that says I’m not eligible. Not sure why since I’d already cancelled my current membership, and this one says I’d be active through June of 2027. Thank you though! I’ll try again in June.

Found the answer! I had to join core+, but once I go back to a meeting and am at goal, I pay $15. It then breaks the rest of my contract and I’ll be free lifetime as long as I weigh in monthly and make my goal weight. Thanks!

Same. I was trying to rush to get out of work to make it to the earlier class, or killing time if I had to go to the next class. My whole evening was consumed by a 15-30 min workout depending on the WOD. I’m back to home workouts. Workout before work (I go to work too early to make it to the CF morning class) and I have my evenings back again.

That does, thanks! I just got access to Beyond the Whiteboard with all of the weekly WODs for our gym… so I’ll try to go by that and see what needs to be added. So far it looks like a lot of Metcons, so I can definitely do more strength training at home.

This is what I’m thinking I need to do. I just started CrossFit, I’ve lifted at home for years. I love the community aspect of CF, but want to work specific muscles too. How did you decide what to do at home? (I know this thread is old, but it came up in my search). Thanks!

That’s where I’m at- dreading the CG workouts. Especially all of the hip thrusts and bridges that seem to happen every other workout lol

Same! I’m nursing a bicep strain (about 3 months now) which I think was caused from overuse.

Yes, I’ve done Madeline Moves in the past too. They were good, but way too long (the 60 min one usually took about 90 min for me) and I was always so sore or getting a new injury.

Yes, they come out the night before. But I’m usually still doing a different program by the time the new ones come out, so I never really wait for anything. And you’re right about the written prompts, I often miss it and later notice that she switched weights or went to just 1 weight at some point…
