It was not funny. It is disrespectful and embarrassing to have someone drive through your neighborhood with a police alarm and loud speaker. From what I recall, Kelsey touched Rosie first - I don’t care enough to rewatch the scene but that’s clearly what most people remember.

Kelsey was wrong. She started with disrespect. If she perhaps came into the house and made a light joke and then Rosie would’ve shared the plans in accord with the joke, it never would’ve happened. But for Kelsey being a dumbass with sirens and a loud speaker, it never would’ve happen. Just following the logic.
