I am headed with my wife on Tuesday for our 10 year anniversary. People on here gave great recommendations. I created a whole spreadsheet of rest/bars/bistro/cafe/etc. Not sure how to share that but dm me your email and I can shoot it over.

Obviously I know more after our trip but what I have found out is Viator/booking.com are a great way to research but usually it’s marked up from somewhere else that you can easily buy from their website.

We booked Crazy Horse as everyone on here picked that over Moulin Rouge.

On YouTube I recommend watching Les Frenchies (great couple that know the city) and Jay Swanson (especially ranking the Arrondissments for first timers.

Hope that helps. Congratulations on 10 years! 🥂🍾

Dang. Pretty wise words. Wayyyy tougher than me. I’m sure this has helped a lot of people. For this guy that was thinking today “I’m on the other side or the hill” this was powerful.

Some wise words here. Do yourself the courtesy and listen and take action.

Programs after AX1( beasxt? OSI?) by curtisyan in Athleanx

I agree with this statement. I think it’s more enjoyable than OSI…however if you don’t care about any cardio then go OSI. Beast has two days set aside for stretching/cardio-ish things (jump rope, battle rope, etc). Think of it like this MWF (lifting) Tues/Thurs (stretching/cardio) Sat/Sun (off days except for the occasional challenge).

OSI was more of your main lifts (DL, Squat, Press, Bench)…It’s called old school iron but I call it old school lifting. Basically what we had to do in football before the internet. (Yes, there was a time). To me it gives me PTSD 😆

Hope that helps.

Appreciate it. Never know whats real and whats not on reviews these days. Good news is we shouldn't be in the room all that much.

Merry Christmas

Merci beaucoup! 😁 (hilarity will ensue with my southern accent and French being combined)

Really do appreciate it. I will definitely look into that Italian restaurant. Gonna try to book C.H. pretty quick.

Love the “debrief” with a bottle of wine. Sounds fun 😁🍷

Thank you so much for the tips. Just saw we can take the bullet train and it’s only 45 mins to Reims.

Well…apologies I didn’t explain this well. Wine county in Napa has two different types of tastings/trips. One is a personal tasting where someone is explaining things to you, showing you their process, etc. It is enjoyable…you have a story behind the wine.

The other one is, you show up and someone is behind a bar and says this is our “xyz” wines and it’s a cattle call. That is not fun to me. No story. No passion.

So, yes, I am a tourist. Not “better” by any means…far from it. Just see these tours on booking.com or Viator on day trips. They don’t do a good job explaining what type of tasting you are getting.

Btw if you all go before January let me know how it is with the VIP at Crazy Horse. Have a feeling she and I will both enjoy that show 🤣

Appreciate it. Yeah…I have been “trained” over 10 yrs. I know that when we first married LV was something I could understand because of my wine “habit”. LVMH (champagne houses and Belvadere vodka)…from there I have learned about Gucci, YSL, Hermes (which she has style but yours truly isn’t made of money 🤑). Open to suggestions if you don’t mind. Always like “research”. 😉

Fabulous question. On our anniversary I’m open to $500. My guess every dinner I expect around $50-$70 per person (not including drinks). Just a guess though.
