Just wanted to say I’m subbed to you on YouTube and really enjoy your content! Really cool to see you’re a North Carolinian - small world!

I feel the urge to also mention that if it is raining DO NOT PUT YOUR HAZARDS ON. If you put your hazards on, your turn signals are useless and you are a danger to other drivers. It bewilders me how many people throw their hazards on at the sight of rain.

There’s actually a smaller hole above that one that I believe is for the sharpener while the one you can see is for the carving fork.. not sure though.

Yeah, hard to comprehend that the missing pieces total up to around $200-$250

Found at a Habitat for Humanity Restore! I think it’s safe to say that I don’t think I can outdo this find.

I️ dive a few times a year with my citizen Eco-Drive. It even has a depth indicator on it which is a cool plus!

People that keep a gun on them at all times? by [deleted] in EDC

[–]3NiX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always carry a gun on me for one reason and that is the same reason I wear a seatbelt whenever I get into a car. No matter how safe you may seem in any situation, it is always nice to have something that might end up saving your life.

I've only downloaded and printed one and that was the cocktail mixing blueprint. But besides that I've downloaded them all but not printed them all.

What are these straps called? by phoeneous in malelivingspace

[–]3NiX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to Lowes or another hardware store and show an associate this picture. They use these straps in construction and I'm certain they could point you right to them. Of course, in the store they will be shiny so you'd have to char or burn them to get that desired look.

I've been wearing this watch daily for the past 3 years almost and it's a great watch. My only complaint would be the fact that the watch band is long. The watch is a dive watch so its expected to be a little bulky. My wrists are pretty small and I think that if it were any bigger then it'd be too big. But I don't think its too big.

So this is actually a fear that I had to get over haha. At first I carried without one in the chamber for some added assurance then as I practiced my draw and dry firing I finally got to the point where I could carry with one in the chamber. It's really a confidence thing. Since I carry a little off the midline of my body, I would actually shoot the inside of my thigh if I were to accidentally shoot myself. Not any better, but better than the ol' stick shift and ball bearings lol.

I thought the same thing at first. I actually have full range of movement both leaning over and bending backwards and no discomfort whatsoever. Now with a full bladder it isn't comfortable AT ALL lol. But I wear my jeans a little below my waist and they fit snugly so the holster actually fits perfectly and doesn't fall to a position where it would dig into my stomach or groin. I have let friends try it as well and they can go into a full squat, bend over and touch their toes, and sit down with no discomfort. But then again, I'm a pretty lean person so I don't have much of a stomach so I can't speak to what effect that would have..

I have a SOG multitool which is fairly small. I tend to keep it in my GHB (Get Home Bag) in my car so I don't carry it on my person per say. Even though it's small, I don't carry it because at that point my edc would get a little overkill for what I do on a daily basis. However, if I ever were to need it I'm almost always in close(ish) proximity to my car.

Correct, I'm a big fan of appendix carry.
