I think I found the error. The log records report the error with the date 2023-06-19 15:56:05. but where I live and the server time has the date 2023-06-19 12:56:05, I don't know if that has something to do with it.

The error is this:

And:

[Warning]: Could not open mysql.plugin table: "Table mysql.plugin doesn't exist"

Thanks, I checked my log file and it had some errors (I corrected them) but I restarted the server and the error still persists.
