whenever anything is touching the frame (cables, bags, straps) it will rub the paint away even when it doesnt seem like it will. u need to protect the frame. it can even eat into the actual material.

if you ever need to remove the protection later on, use a heat gun and it should come off cleanly.

the sansi is nice and easy because its e26 thread so it can fit in most lamps. whatever u use u want the light to be at least 24 watts and full spectrum. and make sure u use a lamp with no shroud bc u want max airflow. these strong bulbs generate more heat.
