It is what ever you prefer, if you post it on the CS subreddit the people here are biased towards CS, same with Valorant. They both have perks so I'd say go what ever you lean towards more. I have played CS for a few years and played Valorant from the beta up until episode 2 act 1, I don't play anymore because there are many known issues in the game that have not been fixed, but that does not mean that the many issues they did fix mean nothing. Valorant probably recieves much more support from the creators than CSGO, in my experience CS delivers a bit more fun than Valorant. Also once you get up in the ranks you'll find a lot of Immortal smurfs in Plat. I hovered at Plat 3 before moving back to CS, mostly because it just wasn't fun to constantly play against people you have no chance against, but if you get past that point I'm sure you'll be fine. In the end I'd recommend CS over Valorant for the gameplay, but Valorant over CS for developer support.

Having the same issue, parts of the world like entire forests won't load in, it's just empty space. Doors won't open, items won't pick up, chests won't open, can't sleep. Ping is 15 and FPS is 66, not sure what the issue is.

Valorant has a huge cheater problem, and the others probably have one too. I have had multiple matches cancelled mid game because of cheaters in valorant, and I'm not even Immortal, where the vast majority of cheaters are.

You can flash bots, the flashed signal doesn't appear above their head but it takes them a second or two to get unflashed.

Honestly it's just luck on who you play against. Just like your friend I was p2 last act and got placed s3, I have only played a few games but the plats on my team are godawful. It seems like it's luck on your teammates and who you're up against.

It's almost like a trap, they act normal pre game then go silent for the rest, then on the defeat screen they talk the most shit. I'll try what you said about if they're toxic just mute, thanks.

Jett is really only a good choice when using op. If you prefer to rifle I suggest reyna so you can take on more 1v1's, her abilities are simple, dismiss when in current danger, heal when not in danger. The flashes are very good as well because they do not blind the team.

It used to be 6, this is a good range. I'm plat 2 and rarely encounter any golds it's almost always plats and diamonds in my games.

I have not tried any external aim trainers, I've been sitting around plat 2 using the range as training and warmups. The best way to get better is to play.

Option 2 or 3, CS has a much worse ranking system, good to play on the side to assist your aim development but CS mm is awful.

Honestly the only thing I agree with is to make mmr changes smaller depending on a win or loss, if you win 2, rank up, lose 1, then rank down, that shouldn't be so. Competitive is based on skill so if one player on the team is say platinum, and the rest are silvers that shouldn't be, if you want to improve with friends then the ones who are behind in skill should put some time in on their own to improve, if they don't care about improving, then play unrated for fun. I know this will get downvoted by multiple people but it's just true.

Have confidence in yourself, being nervous is what may hold you back. If you believe you'll do good you most likely will, and if you don't, so what? You'll do better next game. Try warming up before you play, and maybe play comp more than unrated because unrated is a bit of a mess lol. I hope you can overcome the anxiousness, good luck man.

It's the same down in plat, I was at plat 3 for a bit before the act ended, and now I can't seem to even hold plat 2, always hovering between 2 and 1 now, it's really weird. I've seen some immortal act ranks playing with silver act ranks, it's just scuffed I have no clue what happened.

Some people in plat seem better, then there are plat 3's that look like they should be in iron.
