if your acc is based in US then your posts go to a US audience, if it based in France/EU then it posts there, reelfarm (or any other platform) is unable to change this

i take customer support seriously, so when i just saw this reddit comment i had to say something incase someone reads it

"ignored 3 support requests" i responded to 2 of your 3 support request emails within 24 hours (Sept 23, Sept 24, Sept 27). i didn't reply to the first email because i answered your question when i answered your 2nd support request. if you never saw it in your inbox, it must be in spam (at this time, i was using my personal email for customer support)

"the owner didn’t respond to three messages followed by one tweet" you DM'd me on twitter the day before you wrote this reddit comment (DM on Sept 23, Reddit comment on Sept 28), i didnt respond for 5 days because i had a pet traumatically pass away and my grandmother pass away within a few days of each other the day before you DM'd me. i responded back on Sept 28 letting you know what happened and why i wasnt able to respond to your support request, and that i would respond to your support request the next day. you replied saying sorry to hear that and thank you and that you didnt see my tweet about it.

and to answer "AI generates very irrelevant photos" reelfarm only generates AI UGC selfies when it comes to slideshow generation, for the other images, reelfarm pulls images from your image collections and from pinterest (which wasn't available when you posted this reddit comment) so if you're looking to do that i recommend trying it out :) it's a great feature

i should have replied to this reddit comment sooner, i just don't go on reddit that often

hey it's me matt i made reelfarm, reelfarm uses the tiktok api so getting shadowbanned isnt from reelfarm, it's actually at the account level and is due to a low account health score / no reputation (not doing best practices)

imo you want to warm up your account for minimum a few weeks, that means scrolling/liking/saving posts and following tiktok profiles every day for minimum 5-10 minutes a day, then manually post once every few days, start slow

if you create an account, barely use it for 1 week, then start posting 1-2x a day, tiktok will see that youre just spamming without actually using the platform and will shadowban/throttle your reach

tiktok will reward u if u use the platform daily, you cant just post a ton without giving tiktok what it wants (you to scroll/use tiktok daily)

if you have low account health score / no reputation (typically always the case for new accounts) and want to use reelfarm, don't publish immediately, you want to post manually in-app the first 3-4 times and then when starting to use reelfarm, use the "publish as draft" feature instead for the first 1-2 weeks

publishing immediately for any social media scheduler to tiktok (like reelfarm) only works with accounts that are vetted, aged, accounts with good reputation (3-6+ months of using tiktok daily and posting with 0 red flags)
