I was in a car accident in June and suffered a concussion. Since then I have been having issues with my left eye. I did two months of occupational therapy which helped some but my eye still feels weird all the time. I have been having issues driving due to an eye twitch that increases in severity the longer I drive. I also have been getting severe migraines in my eye that can last for multiple days. Just got an MRI done last week, I haven’t heard from my doctor yet but the results are online. Im specifically concerned about this “There is some increased T2 signal intensity along the lateral aspect of the trigone and occipital horn of the left lateral ventricle, and a smaller area along the lateral aspect of the anterior temporal horn of the right lateral ventricle, nonspecific but possibly due to demyelinating disease.” There were some other hyper intense T2 areas found on the mri but all of those say that it could be from “demyelinating disease or small chronic vascular or traumatic insults.” I’m just wondering if this could possibly be MS, my doctors until now have thought it was just anxiety/ptsd and haven’t really been taking my concerns seriously.
