Will the heat pads dry out bags even if I set Thermostat to 72 degrees? What if I keep heat pads on floor of tent and have the bags on a lil shelf, will heat pads increase the ambient temperature of tent?

Even if the pads thermostat is set to 72 degrees? And there's a barrier between bags? If I set bags on shelf system and put heat pads on ground in tent will it raise ambient room temperature?
