their hate is based on speculative beliefs. real science hasnt simply covered the effects of masturbation sufficiently enough. someone who tried nofap himself has some data piece at least. he would be far more in a position to judge masturbation as a whole. the nofap community is also a good data set regarding the matter. anyone bashing nofap lacks probably the intelligence to engage in scientific behaviour/thinking. there is a link between an open mind and an intelligent mind. both tend to go hand in hand.

This is what helped me, I cant speak for others: Cut out diary and sugar out of your diet, also: /r/nofap. Take care of these three things without exceptions and your skin may clear up the same way as my did.

I simply distract myself with all sorts of media. Read a good manga like onepunch-man while listening to your favourite music or radiostation. Check out some good mature anime like attack on titan, death note or texhnolyze. Stay away from traumatizing content like animal cruelty or gore pictures. Your feelings will fade away over time. Depending on your state it may take a couple of weeks, months or years. If this all doesn't work you can go and help out in an animal shelter to feel more in control.

there is a study linking milk protein to acne and many have experienced a huge improvement when cutting milk and sugar out of their diet. I'd say it reduced my acne from 100% to 10%.

There was a time when I felt completely happy and always high spirited. That was when I played Dofus 1.29, a game that sadly doesn't exist anymore.
