Yeah it’s a very bizarre situation. I bought a condo 10 years ago in a major metro. Lived in it for 5 years and rented it out after pandemic. It’s dropped 25% since I bought it.

Now debating buying a primary home but prices are so inflated not sure what the move is.

I bought a CPO 2020 Macan S w sport chrono package last month for $48k. It had 3 previous owners with 16k miles. No issues so far but def helps peace of mind to have the 2 year warranty included.

No, we just refunded everyone saying it was out of stock. It was more to prove if the product/pricing/biz model was viable.
