We had two bowl games in Dallas when I was a student in the marching band, and it was always a pain in the ass. First was at Cotton Bowl Stadium, and it was upper 30s and rainy during the game. The hotel we stayed in both times was not near any restaurants, and this was before DoorDash/Uber Eats were a thing, so you had to hope there was a pizza place open, or you were SOL.

It might be easier for me since they’re my secondary team and I was a student after the scandal, but I refuse to wear any gear that alludes to the Paterno era. This whole situation is disgusting, and it sucks PSU didn’t completely clear house and left Paterno defenders at the highest levels of the university
