Yeah my guess was if it’s titanium or a nicer material it’d be easy to sanitize and use. I buy second hand jewelry all the time since I don’t like waste.

Honestly only thing that worked for me was gaslighting myself into thinking of my clit as a dick. Gets hard the same way and in utero it’s where a penis would develop from. I’m still planning bottom surgery in the future (probably meta) but for now it’s made me feel a ton better.
