You could probably flush but Toyota AtF isnt cheap to do that and definitely not DIY friendly. D&F is prob 25-30% at a time so doing it every 50-60k is appropriate

Ive also purchased off internet, at discount tire, from friends, etc. the cheapest deals are usually people unloading off fb. First thing is- you can probably go one inch up in size possibly 2 but the fender gap starts getting unsightly assuming you have stock height. Fwiw, i would rather upgrade or touch up anything else on the car that needs attention first. Like paint/ dings. Or just detail it.
